• ✅ Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice
  You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.

• ❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  A $50 fee will apply to:

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice

  • Same-day cancellations

  • Missed appointments (no-shows)

Please note: Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
Payment can be made via Debit, Credit Card, or E-transfer.
