Acupuncture
Release Tension. Improve Circulation. Restore Balance.
Cupping is a traditional therapy rooted in Chinese medicine that uses suction to promote healing. Specially designed cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum effect that helps increase blood flow, loosen tight muscles, and flush out toxins.
Cupping Therapy
How Cupping Works
-
Increases Local Blood Flow: Improves oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles and tissues.
-
Releases Muscle Tension: Effective for tight, overworked areas and knots.
-
Reduces Pain & Inflammation: Helps relieve chronic pain, stiffness, and joint discomfort.
-
Detoxifies the Body: Encourages lymphatic drainage and the removal of stagnation.
-
Promotes Relaxation: Calms the nervous system and reduces stress.

What to Expect During a Session
Cups are gently applied to the skin and left in place for 10–15 minutes. You may experience a pulling sensation, followed by deep muscle relaxation. It’s common to see circular marks on the skin afterward — a normal sign of increased blood flow that usually fades within a few days.

Depending on the patient’s condition, bleeding cupping (wet cupping) or acupuncture may also be recommended to enhance therapeutic effects.
Cupping Treatment (30 min): $90
What Do Cupping Marks Mean?
-
Cupping therapy often leaves visible circular marks on the skin — but don’t worry, these marks are not bruises. They’re a natural response and an important indicator of your body’s condition. Here's what the color of your cupping marks can tell you:
🟠Light Pink or No Mark
-
Indicates good circulation and no stagnation. This is a sign your body is already in balance.
🔴 Red
-
Represents mild stagnation or muscle tension. This is common for people with temporary discomfort or stress.
🟣 Purple or Dark Purplish
-
A sign of deeper muscle tightness or blood stagnation. Often seen in chronic conditions or long-term tension.
🟥 Dark Red or Speckled Marks
-
May indicate the presence of old blood, toxins, or chronic inflammation. Often seen in areas with deeper blockages.
💡 Note: The color and intensity of the marks may vary depending on your skin tone and individual health condition. They usually fade within a few days.
