I can’t recommend Hans enough. He is truly the best massage therapist I’ve had so far. He supported me throughout my pregnancy, helping relieve many of the physical discomforts and tension that came with it, and his care made a real difference in how I felt. Now, after having my baby, I continue to see Hans for post-pregnancy tension, and his work is just as thoughtful, effective, and professional. He is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and always adapts each session to what my body needs at that moment. I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and well cared for. If you’re looking for a therapist you can truly trust with your body—especially during and after pregnancy—Hans is exceptional.
